VAT will be charged on all sponsorship packages as applicable
Registered charities are eligible for a 50% discount on all our packages


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The RSM will acknowledge your booking by sending a VAT invoice for the total amount payable. Payment is required within 30 days of presentation of the invoice. Any delay in payment may incur statutory interest charges pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • All agreements to sponsor an RSM event are binding and non-refundable.
  • All press and news announcements are subject to approval by the RSM Media Relations Office.
  • The area allocated to a standard size trade stand would be 6ft by 2ft, i.e. the area that a table would take up. The height would need to be restricted to 7ft in order to fit into most of our rooms. If you would expect your stand to occupy more than the standard area, please contact the Sponsorship Office.
  • If you would like to store goods at Imperial College we require delivery one working day before the event and during office hours. If this is not possible, please notify the Sponsorship Office. The packaging must be clearly labelled with details of the event including a contact name and event title. These goods are accepted entirely at the owner's risk.
  • Exhibitors must ensure that their activities conform to health and safety practices. Please note that all Fire Exits and doorways must not be blocked or propped open.
